I am in 8th grade and am making the big leap over to high school this year. It’s been an exciting school year for me already and I know this trip will only make it better.
I love to play all kinds of sports especially football, lacrosse and soccer. I like to listen to mostly every kind of music. I don’t really play an instrument… just took a few piano and guitar lessons as a small kid. I do enjoy videogames but am not huge on them. What I really enjoy is hanging out with friends and being social. Also, I speak French fluently and understand Spanish well.
I have never been as close with Christ as I would like to be, but I am getting closer to Him through my church and the youth group. Before I never enjoyed doing church activities or things of that nature, but recently I have felt a lot closer to all that and am enjoying going to church more and being a part of the things our church does for the youth group. I think this trip is the next big step in my relationship with Christ and think it is going to be awesome.
I’m really excited to meet you guys later in June. It’s gonna be a lot of fun.
